For clawfoot bathtub hardware, such as faucets, supply lines, overflows, etc, please call us at 512-563-7303 for an RA (return authorization) number.
- All items must be in an unused and uninstalled state.
- All packaging must be returned along with the item in saleable condition.
- Please include a copy of the sales receipt with parcel.
- There must be no marks or scratches from improper handling.
- Buyer must pay for return shipping charges.
- Please wrap the item safely and choose a shipper, such as UPS, that will insure and track the parcel.
- We are not responsible for lost, misdirected, improperly packaged or damaged return items.
- Refunds, less shipping charges, will be made promptly upon safe receipt of item.
- If refunding to a credit card, please allow up to 15 days for the credit to appear.
For Clawoot bathtub returns or "damaged in transit" bathtubs :
- Please call 512-563-7303 for an RA number.
- A freight company will be delivering your bathtub. It is imperative that you check the tub for damage BEFORE signing the carrier's delivery receipt. DO NOT accept the shipment if the bathtub is damaged and call us immediately to advise us of the situation and to make arrangements for the delivery of a new tub.
- Please be sure you have chosen the right tub --in size, shape and color. If you find you do not want the bathtub, you will be liable for the shipping charges both ways.
